Collection: Greek Honey

Our Honey comes from the mountainous region of Evrytania also known as the
Switzerland of Greece thanks to its dry healthy climate and clear atmosphere.
According to 1991 UNESCO global study, Evrytania is one of the five regions of
the world with almost zero pollution whose purity serves as the basis for the
measurement of research centers. It’s also the most mountainous and sparsely
populated area of Greece thus it retains a rich and “unspoiled” biodiversity which
is vital for the production of honey of the highest quality. According to a research
carried out by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greek Oak, Fir and Thyme
honeys rank at the top places worldwide for vital characteristics such as phenolic
content and anti-oxidant effect.
